As a Senior Client Executive, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between arenaflex and our top-tier financial services accounts. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to your team through virtual collaboration tools. However, we also value the power of in-person connections and may occasionally require attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
We recognize that great talent deserves competitive compensation. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings, with commission targets generally ranging from 20% - 50% of base salary, varying based on position and performance. At arenaflex, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
