Wage Range: $23-26 per hour.

Every recovery journey deserves a safe, compassionate place to begin. At Temecula Recovery Center, we are looking for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intake Coordinator to join our team. Temecula Recovery Center is a Generations Healthcare company.
 
 
Position Overview 
 
The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intake Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking information, support, and access to substance use disorder treatment services within Generations Recovery Centers. This role is responsible for responding to incoming inquiries, gathering preliminary client information, conducting intake screenings, and providing accurate information regarding available treatment programs and levels of care. The SUD Intake Coordinator engages callers in a professional, respectful, recognizing that many individuals contacting the center may be experiencing crisis or seeking treatment for the first time. This position works closely with admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to coordinate referrals, verify insurance eligibility, and support timely admissions when appropriate. The role plays an important part in facilitating access to care while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements, and Generations Healthcare policies and procedures.
