What You'll Bring

As a Senior Customer Engagement Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our internal and external customers. Your role involves end-to-end ownership of customer engagement processes, from requirements gathering to solution implementation and validation. You will serve as a key liaison between our customers and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring flawless execution.

Work Environment & Culture

Our GCC Africa team operates in a remote-first model, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in South Africa with reliable fiber connectivity. We believe in trust and accountability—our team members are empowered to deliver results while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
