- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and guidelines for all customer interactions. Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies. Stay updated on new features and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and guide them through standard procedures. Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Contribute to team goals and collaborative projects.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
