What You'll Do

- Viewer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer behavior patterns including content type preferences, viewing habits, engagement metrics, and consumption patterns to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
- Content Performance Prediction: Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and viewer retention, helping guide acquisition decisions and inform the content pipeline strategy for our streaming platforms.
- Release Strategy Optimization: Optimize our content launch and episode release methodologies by analyzing viewer response patterns, identifying optimal release windows, and recommending strategies that maximize viewer engagement and subscription retention.
- Marketing Strategy Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments on marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement, improve customer acquisition, and boost retention rates across our digital properties.
