Position Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to fill the role of Remote Member Experience Specialist. In this position, you will serve as the first line of support for our members, addressing their needs with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, primarily focusing on afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and select holidays.

Key Responsibilities
