Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the front‑line ambassador for careerzynith’s cardholder community. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls from cardholders with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in our secure, cloud‑based CRM system.
- Resolving inquiries ranging from balance checks and payment processing to dispute investigations and fraud alerts.
