Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics & Insight Generation
- Own the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle for the assigned national retail partner, from data ingestion to insight delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines that capture POS transactions, syndicated market data, and internal shipment metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities, margin improvement levers, and market share trends through deep dive analyses.
- Produce executive‑level presentations that distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Program & Assortment Management
- Monitor the field execution of vendor programs, ensuring alignment with agreed‑upon assortment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adjust SKU mix, promotional calendars, and inventory allocations based on analytical insights.
- Track performance against predefined KPIs, such as sales velocity, profit contribution, and fill‑rate targets.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary analytics liaison between careerzynith, the retail partner, and key suppliers, translating data into business language that resonates across audiences.
