As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of our customer service employees. Your primary focus will be on ensuring member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services. You will play a critical role in developing, motivating, evaluating, and coaching your team on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.
This role requires a leader who is visible and accessible to their team, ready to answer questions, monitor calls, and provide ongoing feedback. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $40,600.00 – $75,000.00 per year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
