Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, addressing questions about service installation, disconnection, modifications, and account changes
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend appropriate arenaflex products, services, and solutions that enhance their experience
- Handle outbound communications with customers regarding account inquiries, past due payments, and billing concerns while maintaining positive relationships
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service issues, billing discrepancies, rate questions, adjustments, and policy matters
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of service orders, making necessary corrections and updates to ensure seamless service delivery
