**Key Responsibilities**
As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor on our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently
* Capturing prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions
* Answering detailed product questions on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities
* Defining consumer needs by asking relevant CRM/product questions
* Selecting fulfillment items and completing price and equips statements for consumers
* Locating dealers following standard dealerization rules
* Categorizing callers and offering appropriate touchpoints (warm transfers to a dealer)
* Providing website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites
* Escalating outstanding issues and providing goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines
* Communicating in written form (email/text chat) with consumers regarding products and programs supported
* Conducting CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer any additional questions
* As required, calling consumers to invite them to attend events
* Following critical elements of the Minacs Call and File handling process
* Staying current with Center procedures, product information, and online resource tools
* Appropriately managing customer complaints from initial call to resolution
**Who We're Looking For**
As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you'll bring empathy, integrity, knowledge, and a unique compassionate style to every interaction. You'll have:
* A high school diploma with 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
* A courteous and strong customer service orientation
* The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
* The ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills
* Dependability with proficient attention to detail
* The ability to rotate shifts, as needed
* A passion for helping others
