Developer Relations Lead

Apply Now

Pluralis Research is pioneering Protocol Learning — a fully decentralized way to train and deploy AI models that opens this capability to individuals rather than well-resourced corporates. By pooling compute from many participants, incentivizing their efforts, and preventing any single party from controlling a model's full weights, we're creating a genuinely open, collaborative path to frontier-scale AI.

Overview

We're looking for a Developer Relations Lead to be the technical bridge between Pluralis's research and the broader ML/systems community. You'll take dense, novel research (distributed training, communication-efficient model parallelism, fault-tolerant optimization) and make it legible, compelling, and accessible to researchers, engineers, and builders.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. We need someone who can read our papers, understand the architecture, and explain it clearly in a blog post, a conference talk, or a Twitter thread. You'll own our technical voice and be the person the community associates with Pluralis's work.

What We're Looking For

What We Offer

FYI's

Backed by Union Square Ventures and other tier-1 investors, we're a world-class, deeply technical team of ML researchers. Pluralis is unapologetically ideological. We view the world as a better place if we are able to implement what we are attempting, and Protocol Learning as the only plausible approach to preventing a handful of massive corporations monopolizing model development, access and release, and achieving massive economic capture. If this resonates, please apply.
