- Ensure complete accuracy and thoroughness of all product information, including but not limited to titles, detailed descriptions, pricing, technical specifications, and category assignments
- Maintain consistency in data formatting across all product listings to enhance searchability and customer experience
- Input and update product imagery metadata, alt text, and visual assets to optimize product presentation
- Process large volumes of data while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting established productivity targets
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet and database management techniques to organize and maintain product information databases
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product data templates and standardized entry protocols
Inventory Control and Monitoring
- Monitor and systematically update inventory levels across all product categories on the arenaflex platform
- Collaborate seamlessly with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations that could impact customer satisfaction
- Track inventory movements and update system records in real-time to reflect accurate availability status
