The University of Florida's College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a dedicated and personable Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication skills and love for animals to provide top-notch service to our clients and their beloved pets. Provide exceptional customer service to clients of the College of Veterinary Medicine. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for clients. Maintain accurate and organized client records. Assist clients with filling out necessary paperwork and obtaining necessary information. Educate clients on services offered by the College of Veterinary Medicine. Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth and efficient client visits. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Process client payments and handle financial transactions. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's health and treatment plans. Follow up with clients after appointments to ensure their satisfaction. Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients. Keep up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices and procedures. Show compassion and empathy towards animals and their owners. Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible care for clients and their pets. Adhere to all policies and procedures set by the College of Veterinary Medicine. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge. Maintain confidentiality of client information.
