They are seeking an entry level Technical Support Representative with foundational knowledge of networking technologies to provide customer support and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of layers 1-4 of the OSI model
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies
- Basic knowledge of wired networking (switching, basic routing)
- Understanding of VPN technologies
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Skills
