Your job is to find the people others miss. You'll research, identify, and source candidates for active client searches, building a steady flow of profiles for the Recruitment Associate and Lead Recruiter to take through the interview process. You'll spend your time deep in LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities, developing sourcing strategies that go beyond keyword searches. This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time based on performance and business needs. It's also the entry point into Mint Source's recruitment career ladder, with a natural progression from Sourcer to Recruitment Associate to Pod Lead as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility. If you love the detective work of finding great talent and want to build a career in recruitment, this is where you start.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><br>What You'll Do</span></p> <ul> <li>Source candidates for active client roles using <span style="font-weight: bold">LinkedIn Recruiter Lite</span>, job boards, talent communities, and creative research methods that go beyond basic keyword searches</li> <li>Add candidates to <span style="font-weight: bold">Recruiter Lite</span> projects and execute high-volume outreach daily</li> <li>Qualify responding candidates before handoff by confirming availability, interest, and alignment with core role requirements</li> <li>Build and maintain organized talent pipelines in <span style="font-weight: bold">BambooHR</span>, ensuring candidate profiles are complete and up to date</li> <li>Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and maintain a network for future searches, not just active ones</li> <li>Track sourcing activity and results in <span style="font-weight: bold">ClickUp</span>, including outreach volume, response rates, and conversion to qualified candidates</li> <li>Collaborate daily with the Recruitment Associate and Lead Recruiter on search priorities, candidate feedback, and pipeline gaps</li> <li>Research and recommend new sourcing tools, platforms, and channels to improve reach and candidate quality<br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><br>What We're Looking For</span></p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or a research-heavy role. <span style="text-decoration: underline">Candidates with more than 2 years of experience will not be considered for this position</span><br></li> <li>Candidates from sales or marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <span style="font-weight: bold">LinkedIn Recruiter Lite</span> or similar sourcing tools is a strong plus</li> <li>Strong research instincts. You know how to find people, whether that's through Boolean searches, niche communities, or creative digging</li> <li>Clear, professional written communication. Your outreach messages should feel human, not templated</li> <li>Organized and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple searches at once without losing track of candidates or conversations</li> <li>Self-starter mentality. You take ownership of your pipeline and don't wait to be told what to do next</li> <li>Familiarity with <span style="font-weight: bold">Slack</span>, <span style="font-weight: bold">Google Workspace</span>, and any ATS (preferably <span style="font-weight: bold">BambooHR</span>) is a plus</li> <li>Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment, not just filling a part-time role</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><br>Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Sourcing volume:</span> Ramp to <span style="font-weight: bold">80-100 candidates sourced per day</span> within the first 6 weeks</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Qualified candidates per search:</span> Number of responded, confirmed-interest candidates passed to the Recruitment Associate who meet core role requirements</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Outreach response rates:</span> Consistent daily activity with improving engagement over time</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Pipeline depth:</span> Active candidates maintained across all open searches at any given time</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">30/60/90-day ramp:</span> Within 30 days, independently sourcing for active roles and building toward full volume. By 60 days, consistently hitting daily sourcing targets and delivering qualified candidates.
