Support growth of MICE services by developing commercial opportunities, supporting client and vendor engagement, and
contributing to execution of tailored event solutions to increase bookings, revenue, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and support development of MICE opportunities across targeted industries and client segments
• Support preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and event concepts aligned with client objectives
• Engage with clients and event partners to support opportunity qualification and solution development
• Support negotiation and contracting activities to achieve approved commercial outcomes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support event planning and execution readiness
• Monitor client feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to support opportunity refinement
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and partner interactions
• Ensure adherence to approved commercial governance, service standards, and documentation requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
• This role typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE, events coordination, or business development
support roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting corporate events or MICE-related commercial activities
• Good understanding of event structuring, vendor coordination, and client engagement
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
