We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Owner Service Agents in our Inbound Customer Service division. As an Owner Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking assistance with their products, making your role critical to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

What You'll Do

As an Owner Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on creating positive owner experiences while efficiently resolving inquiries and issues. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Work Schedule and Location

This is a remote position, and we have opportunities available for candidates within 50 miles of the following metropolitan areas:

As an Owner Service Agent, you can expect to work an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate various schedules and work-life balance needs.

Note: At this time, candidates residing more than 50 miles outside of the cities listed above will not be considered for remote employment. You can assess your location distance using Google Maps or similar mapping services.
