POSITION SUMMARY: The Remote Operations Center (ROC) Specialist is responsible for providing continuous monitoring. operational oversight. and first-line support for Dynamis' fleet of mobile power generation units embedded within the Dynamis Engineering Department. This role ensures reliable 24/7 system surveillance, timely detection of issues, and accurate documentation of events through the company ticketing tools. ROC Specialists play a critical role in bridging real-time operations with technical escalation by coordinating with Product Support Engineers (PSEs) and field personnel.
The ROC Specialist provides essential frontline operational assurance, including the ability to remotely operate units when onsite operators are unavailable. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring reliability in mission-critical energy operations.
