As a Healthcare Collections Agent, you’ll work 100% remotely, helping patients resolve their medical bills while representing some of the most respected hospitals and healthcare providers in the country. What You’ll Do:
• Be the voice of care: Help patients navigate their billing questions with empathy and professionalism. Expected to be on calls 50-60% of your day. Moving between customer service with the patient and bill collection on their account.
• Drive results: Negotiate payment solutions that work for both patients and providers.
• Think critically: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex account issues.

Compensation:
• Base + Commission: $15/hour base with commission potential. Average earnings can increase to $17-$19/hour within 6 months.

• Mut be able to commit to the following schedule:
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with optional Saturday overtime.
• Shift: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Central Time (30-minute lunch).
• Training: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Central Time (1-hour lunch).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. (Not afraid to ask for payments while maintaining strong customer service approach)
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in fast pace. (Taking inbound calls, making inbound calls, listening and taking notes in account. 50-60% of your 8hr day)
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Customer service, sales, and collections experience help greatly to succeed here
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• E-Verify employment authorization.
