Role Description
As part of a team, provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including:
• Stakeholder engagement
• Internal operations
• Communications
• Program execution
Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience
• Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals
• Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement
• Prior experience supporting program management initiatives
• Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Must be a US Citizen
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools
