They are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product vision and strategy while collaborating with various teams to enhance their suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Product leaders to help define and share our overall product vision, including contributing to and prioritizing EngagedMD’s product roadmap
- Leverage AI to design and prototype new features
- Leverage data to inform investment decisions and drive feature impact
- Commercialize new features and product lines in support of revenue growth goals
- Collaborate across Engineering and Design functions to enhance product functionality
- Lead and execute the user feedback lifecycle process
- Manage product integrations with other health tech companies and electronic medical record (EMR) partners
- Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing product management team
Skills
- At least 8 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in healthtech or other SaaS
- Demonstrated prior success as a high-performing product manager or group product manager
- Hands on experience with AI-driven software development, including vibe coding, UI design, and prototyping
- Proven track record of delivering customer-first, data-driven products and driving roadmap strategy and investment decisions
- Strong technical fluency in web-based applications, APIs (REST), databases (SQL), and code repository version control software
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building capacity and ability to influence at all levels across the organization, as well as customers and partners
- Experience building teams with a passion for providing mentorship, coaching, and development of the team
- An ability to model EngagedMD's core values and action principles
- Prior successful experience working remotely with globally distributed teams
