This position offers the unique combination of remote work flexibility coupled with the stability and support of a reputable healthcare organization. You'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in RxClaim systems, gain knowledge of clinical adjudication processes, and play a vital role in enterprise requirement determinations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily activities will include:
- Claims Data Processing: Accurately enter, verify, and maintain healthcare claims data in our RxClaim system, ensuring all information is processed efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Prior Authorization (PA) Support: Assist with PA documentation and processing, including reviewing patient information, verifying coverage details, and ensuring all required documentation is complete for clinical adjudication tasks.
- Enterprise Requirement Determinations: Participate in determining enterprise requirements for various projects, working closely with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights.
- Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with team members to identify the root cause of override issues and discrepancies in claims processing, demonstrating your analytical capabilities through systematic investigation.
- Project Support: Contribute to branch projects and PA-related initiatives by delivering work and final outputs in a timely manner, managing multiple tasks or projects concurrently.
- CAPA Management: Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) carrier catalog offerings, incorporating progressive enhancements into all operational elements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Clinical Documentation: Support the implementation of patient PA documents throughout the Clinical overview section of the member statistics transition process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Strategic Thinking: Apply strategic thinking and validated reasoning to CAPAS-related tasks and projects, effectively articulating risks or concerns to stakeholders.
- Change Leadership: Encourage change and drive alignment in matrixed environments by demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration and accountability.
Required Qualifications

- Self-Motivation: Must be self-driven with a strong, effective attitude. You should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex and technical ideas to non-technical and lay users effectively.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
