[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations. As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with leads, conduct discovery calls, and partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations, playing a crucial role in driving the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
• Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
• Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
• Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and people skills — you love connecting with others and building rapport
• Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple conversations without missing a beat
• Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
• Resilient and goal-driven — you thrive on challenges and love celebrating wins
• A team-player mindset — you collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to team success
• 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
• Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
