About the Role

The Ready Connect Delivery Manager – TCU assumes end-to-end ownership of product delivery and product line execution for one or more Ready Connect product families, including RC1.1Q (Quectel), RC1.1K (Kontron), Ready Connect JOEM, Ready Connect Stratus NAD, SATCOM TCU, and 2 Wheeler TCU. This role anchors delivery on both FFRD (hardware) and BKC (software) baselines, driving reuse, quality, and velocity across the assigned portfolio.

Additionally, you will establish and scale a cybersecurity-first, CI/CD-driven test automation and pre-compliance lab for FFRD+BKC—enabling early EMI/EMC and reliability screening, integrating security tooling into pipelines, and orchestrating HIL validation across connectivity domains (Cellular, GNSS, Wi-Fi, BT/BLE, SATCOM) and vehicle networks (CAN, CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet/TSN), accelerating regulatory/OEM approvals.
