Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home.
- Develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and balance training.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Complete EMR documentation.
Requirements:
- Active PT license in GA.
- Degree from an accredited PT program.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
