About the Role: Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for nearly 3,000 educational partners who rely on our products and solutions to deliver exceptional learning experiences to their students. Your mission will be to ensure these partners are knowledgeable about our offerings, successful in using them, and empowered to grow their own operations.

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located within the Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) zones. We believe in flexibility and work-life balance, which is why we've designed this role to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining strong connections with our team and partners.

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to fair, transparent pay and strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The target base pay range for this position is $41,000 to $55,000. This range represents arenaflex's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting.

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within this range; however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to:
