Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is a large international law firm seeking an Internet Analyst for their Trademark & Copyright Department. The role involves performing online research for potentially infringing content and providing legal support to department members.
Responsibilities
- Search the internet and review online websites, blogs, social media, mobile devices, and internal and external data bases for infringing or problematic content
- Review, utilize and maintain various databases (including Salesforce) with client information
- Monitor and docket deadlines
- Draft appropriate cease and desist letters and notices of infringement
- Prepare and generate reports in Word and Excel for client meetings
- Various other projects as needed both administrative and legal
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Extensive familiarity with online auctions, online research and general internet-based business
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize work; self-starter
- Ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines
- Display problem solving skills and multitask effectively
- Ability to work neatly and accurately; strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Reliable and dependable team player with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
