Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide day-to-day and strategic people support for Fx5’s employees and leaders, delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with Fx5’s culture and operational needs. The work blends hands-on HR execution with strong relationship management, coaching capability, and sound judgment across the full HR lifecycle.

Although fully embedded within the Fx5 team, the HRBP also interacts with the broader corporate systems and processes used across Volaris businesses. The role ensures accurate and timely HR operations, participates in required reporting and talent cycles, and collaborates with centralized teams when needed. It supports Fx5’s decentralized HR model while navigating the shared tools and standards that keep the organization aligned with corporate expectations.

FIVE x 5 (Fx5) provides two SaaS solutions, DISTILL x 5 and Whiskey Systems, supporting distilled spirits operations and compliance requirements for partners in the US & 20 countries. External Requirements

Preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; alternatively, 7+ years of progressive HR experience covering employee relations, performance support, talent processes, and HR operations may substitute for a degree.

Internal Requirements

Demonstrated capability aligned to Levels 2–3 of the HRBP RDM, indicating readiness for expanded strategic partnership and future HR leadership responsibilities.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance, and any applicable state and local regulations that are not known at the time a candidate submits interest in an opening because of the nature of being a remote first, fully distributed workforce. The range listed is just one component of FIVE x 5 total compensation package for regular full-time employees. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance options, vacation, sick/floater days, CSI or Fx5 Discretionary Bonus, 11 holidays, & 401k.

Base Compensation Range: $83,000 - $125,000

CSI Discretionary Bonus Factor: .25
