Freelance Packaging Designer

Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Designer to concept and execute a high-impact project. This is a piece that blends packaging, object design, and experiential thinking, including potential interactive or special-effect elements. This role will partner closely with our Creative and Production teams to bring a design-led concept from initial exploration through final production-ready delivery.

• Develop multiple creative directions aligned to the project brief
• Translate creative concepts into a cohesive physical design solution
• Define structure, materials, and overall design approach
• Refine and evolve selected direction through feedback and iteration
• Prepare final design files and specifications for production
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure feasibility and execution
