What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. This isn't your typical sales job—you'll be the bridge between potential clients and our solutions, qualifying opportunities and creating lasting relationships that fuel our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Development: Master the art of qualifying inbound leads and transforming them into genuine business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting efforts
- Timely Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads within our service level agreement (SLA) windows, ensuring every prospect receives prompt, professional attention
- Pipeline Growth: Develop qualified sales opportunities and cultivate a robust future pipeline that drives sustainable revenue growth
- Outbound Cold Outreach: Generate revenue through strategic cold pitching to both existing arenaflex clients and prospective new accounts within your designated territory
- Decision Maker Identification: Identify and map key decision-makers within target organizations to streamline the sales process
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop targeted account strategies, call scripts, and messaging that drives opportunities forward
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives to lead
- Quota Achievement: Meet monthly essential targets focused on growing revenue through consistent sales pipeline development
- Sales & Marketing Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with both sales and marketing teams to provide insights into marketing campaign effectiveness while generating new pipeline opportunities
- CRM Management: Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce and Outreach platforms
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Maintain a diverse mix of contact methods including phone calls, emails, social media, and more across all prospects in your assigned territory

Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience: 0-2 years in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
- Adaptability: Flourish in a quick-paced team selling climate where ambiguity is the norm
- Organization: Strong organizational and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Communication: Positive and energetic telephone skills with excellent active listening abilities and strong verbal communication
