As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless customer experiences and unparalleled insights for our internal stakeholders * Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal stakeholders * Collaborate with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing groups to deliver top-notch customer investigation solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of product vision and roadmap **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management or a related field * Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth * Strong understanding of customer analytics, data security, and protection, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience in product management or a related field * Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusive design * Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles * Experience in working with large-scale, complex B2B/C products, with a strong understanding of customer-facing solutions and data-driven decision-making **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights * Strong understanding of customer analytics, data security, and protection, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions * Experience in working with large-scale, complex B2B/C products, with a strong understanding of customer-facing solutions and data-driven decision-making * Strong knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
