What You'll Do

Essential Qualifications:

- Openness to picking up additional shifts during peak periods, including summer months, November through December, and during peak vacation periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Previous customer service experience in retail or telecommunications
