What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, delivering the exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. - Register Operations: Expertly run the register, process transactions, and handle cash with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Food Service Support: Work alongside our food program team to prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food items.
- Store Maintenance: Help maintain our high standards for store appearance by working in various areas both inside and outside the store.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with numerous customers daily, providing fast, friendly, and helpful service that exceeds expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a cohesive team to accomplish daily tasks and goals efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous retail and customer service experience (a plus, but not required—we'll train you!)
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to learn new skills and have fun while doing it
Physical Requirements
This role is dynamic and requires physical engagement throughout your shift. Please review the following requirements to ensure you're prepared for the demands of the position:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands (this handwork requires eye-hand coordination)
- Occasionally climb ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
