Key Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, account management, service interruptions, technical difficulties, and product inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Product & Service Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of careerzynith's complete suite of energy services, products, pricing plans, and sustainability initiatives to provide accurate, helpful, and persuasive information to customers.
- Sales & Promotion: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional careerzynith services, promotional offers, and energy-saving solutions that align with their needs, contributing to team sales targets while maintaining a consultative, customer-centric approach.
- Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, profile updates, payment processing, autopay enrollment, and other administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all digital platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical support, billing, sales, and product development teams to resolve complex customer issues, share customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining detailed records that support quality assurance, training, and process improvement efforts.
