We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our part-time Customer Support team as a Remote Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide friendly and courteous service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for our passengers.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our organization's goals and objectives.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Handle all aspects of check-in and baggage handling, including working with our modernized retail location system, boarding, baggage claims, and resolving related complaints and issues.
* Process payments, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, including oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on fares, schedules, reservations, and flight status to customers and other airport guests.
* Complete forms and reports as required by the organization.
* Write incident and complaint reports as needed.
* Perform other work duties as assigned by supervisors.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business administration).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job.
* Ability to understand and follow policies, procedures, and guidelines, including tagging methodology, rules, and regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of flights.
* Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule.
* Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space.
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to communicate information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment.
