**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Provider Relations Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with legal providers, assisting customers with their legal needs, and promoting our services to the community. This is an hourly position with the opportunity to earn monthly incentives.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist customers with locating a qualified legal provider for their legal needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and support.
• Build and maintain a network of legal providers by researching and using various online and referral recruitment resources.
• Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program by cold calling to legal providers, ensuring that they understand the benefits and value of our services.
• Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
• Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, providing exceptional service and support to each individual.
• Successfully recruit for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments.
• Meet or exceed established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines.
**Essential Qualifications**
• Compassionate and courteous communicator in all internal and external interactions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to accurately retain and document large amounts of information, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to seek out best solutions and outcomes for customers and providers, with a "can-do" attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• High school or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the legal industry and its related services.

This position operates in a professional office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to customers and providers. The role requires the use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
