As an Online Chat Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer support. **Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Leading clients through a variety of requests via our Click-to-Chat application, including: + Detailed product information + Configurations/availability + Sales incentives/campaign fulfillment + Dealer locations/inventory searches + Brochure fulfillment + Test drive appointment scheduling + General information and/or questions * Providing effective pro-active and re-active online chat support for customers and prospective customers visiting our client websites * Establishing a rapport and building confidence in our client brand recognition by proactively promoting our products and services * Educating consumers via Click-to-Chat and email on current products, packages, and incentives, while generating product excitement and driving the customer to action * Maintaining knowledge, understanding, and compliance with state regulations and company policies * Documenting detailed status of all interactions, indicating appropriate outcome and follow-up requirements * Ensuring maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and personal goals are met, while following all policies, procedures, and controls * Meeting specified goals and sales conversion metrics as set by arenaflex and/or our clients, while maintaining high quality standards and adherence to all client requirements **Qualifications** To be successful as an Online Chat Consultant at arenaflex, you'll need: * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple chat sessions at once * Strong internet navigation knowledge and ability to quickly find information on our client websites * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Proficient in using technology, including our Click-to-Chat application and other arenaflex tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
