You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and collaboration, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer data analysis and experience * Characterize and impart a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Customer Insight Center * Ensure tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior * Characterize and follow key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantify success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation * Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Analytics, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years' experience in product management * OR 9 years' experience in product management or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * We value candidates with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly * The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create open products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards for supporting a comprehensive culture **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement * Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including data visualization and reporting * Strong understanding of security and trustworthiness principles, including data encryption, access control, and auditing * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong understanding of customer-centric design principles, including user experience and user interface design **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
