**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing data pipelines that drive business insights and inform our strategic decisions. You'll work closely with our data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams to build a robust data analytics platform that meets the needs of our business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop data pipelines that integrate with various data sources, including internal and external data systems
* Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs
* Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS) and other data integration tools
* Utilize Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Databricks, and other cloud-based technologies to improve data processing and analytics capabilities
* Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts to support business analytics and reporting
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance data quality, accuracy, and timeliness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
* Perform peer reviews of data engineering work and provide feedback to improve quality and consistency
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IICS)
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Databricks, and other cloud-based data platforms
* 2+ years of experience working with data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
* 2+ years of experience with data integration tools, including event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub)
* Strong understanding of database management concepts, including data lakes, social data sets, NoSQL, schema, and data warehousing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Microsoft Azure certifications or equivalent
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
* Experience with data governance policies and procedures
* Familiarity with retail industry and data analytics
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
