**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for business growth.
* Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
* Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
* Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions.
* Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
* Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs.
* Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop business case outlines.
* Perform other related and assigned duties.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
* Experience in management consulting or operations management is highly desirable.
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of financial statements and balance sheets.
* Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL.
* Familiarity with statistical analysis using R or similar tools.
* Knowledge of data mining and business intelligence tools, such as Edge Minder or similar software.
* Familiarity with SharePoint.
* Functional understanding of sales, distribution, warehouse, and production processes.
* Project management or support experience.
