What You'll Do
As an integral member of our remote data and analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives, compliance requirements, and business intelligence objectives. Your work will help arenaflex maintain robust data integrity while providing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across our U.S. and global operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, organize, and process information from disparate information systems throughout our U.S. and global business units. You'll ensure data accuracy and consistency while maintaining proper documentation standards.
- Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive dashboards using analytical tools that help stakeholders assess risk exposure, evaluate control maturity, and make informed business decisions.
- Custom Reporting: Construct detailed, customized reports as needed to support various business units, compliance teams, and executive leadership.
- Analytics Methodology: Apply your expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing enterprise risk. This includes establishing best practices for data interpretation and visualization.
- Insight Generation: Draw meaningful insights and correlations from complex datasets. You'll translate data findings into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with compliance professionals, legal teams, and business leaders.
- Risk Area Assessment: Provide input on emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify potential challenges.
- Process Improvement: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes. Help refine workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings to various audiences, translating technical insights into business-friendly language that drives action.
What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SQL and proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, or Dataiku.
- Domain Experience: Prior experience working on legal, compliance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), or risk assessment initiatives is highly valued.
- Visualization Skills: Ability to create impactful visualizations that effectively "tell a story" with data, making complex information accessible to diverse audiences.
- Programming Abilities: Capability to code using R or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
