**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Analyst on our Transportation Analytics crew, you'll be responsible for:
* Working with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining data visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data processing efficiency
* Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues to drive knowledge sharing and growth
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
* Creativity with a User Experience (UX) focus to design impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
* Business Operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems (Supply Chain background with transportation experience a plus)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
