**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and providers. You'll handle customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence, providing solutions to their needs and exceeding their expectations. This is a work-from-home position located in the state of Minnesota, offering a competitive hourly rate of $17.50.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries
* Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
* Work together as a team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations
* Create a differentiated service experience for our customers
* Demonstrate service discipline and handle service challenges effectively
* Provide solutions to constituent needs and work across boundaries to resolve issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
* Call center and medical terminology/insurance experience (preferred)
* Experience in a production environment (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
* Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and internet-based systems
