You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your high-speed internet connection to connect with customers via phone, digital modalities, and social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while building sustainable relationships and engagements. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through every interaction, using a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner. * Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer questions or issues. * Assess customers' needs to provide a first contact resolution. * Resolve customer questions and concerns via phone and digital modalities. * Follow all customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies. * Action all digital and phone contacts, while staying within SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums. * Perform any additional duties or tasks required by management or administration. **Essential Qualifications** * High school degree or equivalent. * Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field. * Social media experience preferred. * Excellent multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via chat, social media platforms, or through email. * Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts. * Excellent time management and prioritization skills. * High ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a virtual or remote call center environment. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response procedures. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
