About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our members, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience with our organization. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to the overall success of our members and our organization. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing Financial Transactions: Handle a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Provide members with comprehensive account information while ensuring all transactions are recorded precisely.
- Mobile Banking Support: Assist members with troubleshooting and navigating our mobile banking platforms. Guide them through technical issues, educate them on app features, and ensure they can fully utilize our digital banking services.
- Sales and Product Education: Contribute to department and organizational sales goals by identifying member needs and educating them about products and services that can benefit their financial wellness. Engage in meaningful conversations that help members make informed decisions.
- Exceptional Member Experiences: Strive to provide every member with an unparalleled experience. Listen actively, respond with empathy, and go above and beyond to resolve issues and exceed expectations.

Specialized Credential Opportunities

- Cards Specialist: Assist members with credit and debit card-specific needs, perform card maintenance and transactions within the card application system, receive and submit card disputes for further investigation, and learn the intricacies of card management.
- Fraud Prevention Specialist: Help members with fraud inquiries, recognize and report fraudulent activity, perform account maintenance to reduce and limit exposure to fraud, and handle escalated member interactions for compromised or suspicious accounts. Develop expertise in identifying fraudulent activity and implementing effective loss mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and Trainer: Mentor new hires during their onboarding process, assist peers with account-specific inquiries and escalated member concerns, provide constructive feedback to associates, and educate team members on procedures and internal resources. - Experience: 0-1 years of related experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma is expected.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Technical Ability: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
This position is primarily based in a professional office environment. The following physical requirements are necessary to perform the essential functions of the job:

Compensation and Benefits
We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. The starting pay is $17.50 per hour or higher, depending on your experience, skills, education, and location.
