You'll work in a remote call center environment, handling a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries. Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and complete responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** * Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries in a call center environment * Maintain awareness of the way performance and actions affect members * Utilize web camera visibility to ensure a professional and engaging experience * Demonstrate schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the business * Provide new and existing members and providers with the best possible service in relation to billing, claims, enrollment, benefits, suggestions, and complaints * Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including Inquiry Accuracy and Completeness, Productivity, Call Resolution, Overall Satisfaction, and Call Handle Time **Key Performance Indicators:** * Inquiry Accuracy and Completeness * Productivity * Call Resolution * Overall Satisfaction * Call Handle Time **Reporting Structure:** * Report to a Supervisor and Manager **Qualifications and Experience:** * Call Center experience * Health insurance experience preferred * High School diploma or equivalent required * Must have a private workstation to perform work * Must have Internet with a router and Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC * Internet Speed Requirement: 25 Download & 15 Upload * No use of Satellite, T-Mobile, Fixed Wireless, Cellular, or Starlink * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens * Ability to answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and type information into the computer system simultaneously * Must be reliable and punctual * Work effectively in a team environment * Work independently without constant supervision * Positive professional attitude * Detail-oriented * Computer literate * Strong reading comprehension and writing skills * Problem-solving skills **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 plus incentives * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business * Comprehensive training program to ensure success * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
