As a customer-centric organization, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that foster long-term relationships with our clients. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our PRISM and FedConnect customers, providing top-notch support through various channels, including email, phone, virtual meetings, and ticket systems. You'll work collaboratively with our development staff to resolve complex issues, document support articles, and develop self-service collateral to empower our customers.
