**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to excellence in customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our customers, overseas distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance at all times. You'll work collaboratively with other departments to resolve disputes, establish strong relationships with customers and commercial partners, and develop a deep understanding of our products and supply chain.
**Essential Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional service to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring a quality of service that meets or exceeds expectations
* Receive and manage customer orders in line with company policy and systems, following through to shipment
* Collaborate with other GE departments to resolve disputes and ensure seamless customer service
* Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust and loyalty
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information
* Develop a solid understanding of our products and supply chain, staying up-to-date on new developments and innovations
* Work as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service
* Build effective relationships with other departments to understand the impact on customers and service levels
* Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex
* Raise quotations for customers and distributors as requested and in line with Company Policy
**Qualifications/Requirements**
* Some experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
* Competent with Excel and Word
* Ability to manage self and tasks in a proactive manner
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Attention to detail
* A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving
* Ability to communicate using local language and additional languages if required
* Ability to work the closing shift (9:30am-6:30pm EST), with a one-hour lunch break daily
**Desired Characteristics**
* Ability to work in a cross-functional, cross-country team environment
* Willingness to work as part of a team, driving individual projects and initiatives
* ERP/SAP knowledge
* Fluency in Spanish is desired
