**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. **Core Job Tasks**
As a Customer Experience Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology to ensure it meets arenaflex's high standards
* Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams to inform product development and improvement
* Visiting customer sites and deploying new technology to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction
* Collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technology to inform future product development
* Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership to drive data-driven decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A 4-year science/engineering degree or equivalent experience
* Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
* Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
* Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
* Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
* Scripting skills, such as Python or JavaScript
* Formal coursework/training in project management, such as Agile or Scrum
**Contract Details**
This is a contract role, providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. As a contractor, you'll be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. The contract length is 11 months, with approximately 50% travel required domestically.
**Location and Compensation**
This role is remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. However, due to the 50% travel requirement, it's essential to be near a main US airline hub. The pay range for this role is $38 - $42 per hour, depending on experience.
